Chunghwa Telecom (CHT) on April 19 celebrated the twelfth anniversary of HiNet, its ISP (Internet service provider) business unit, and announced the operational position of HiNet will be transformed from ISP to ICSP (Internet and content service provider). HiNet will now offer free online audio/video services 24 hours a day on its hiChannel platform, according to CHT.
