Proton shows ambitious range of LCD TVs at Computex

Currently, it's assumed that cost considerations will limit large LCD TV screens to around 40 inches for the foreseeable future. That may be so, but at this year's Computex, Proton Electronics was showing off its engineering expertise with a 55-inch LCD TV, as well as a 47-inch model.
