Harvatek and Bright LED take step forward in LED backlit panel application

LED maker Harvatek recently landed orders for LED backlight units (BLUs) for 7-inch panels from Japan, with shipments already starting in August while Bright LED Electronics has completed developing 17-inch LCD monitor-use BLUs and is shipping samples, according to sources.
