Beijing IDF: USB-IF certifies wireless USB components

At the Intel Developer Forum (IDF) that started in Beijing on April 16, the USB Implementers Forum (USB-IF) announced wireless USB products, which successfully passed Certified Wireless USB compliance and certification testing. The list currently includes four items. Two of them are host-side silicon products: the Intel Wireless Link 1480 RTUMC480AAC (model SL9N3) and the NEC uPD720170. Two others are devices-side silicons: the Alereon AL4000 and the NEC uPD720180.
